We will be thereBring us a part.
Leave knowing if it is solvable.
Overview AI is at Booth #237623 in the North Building for all six days of IMTS. Two live inspection stations running on real production parts, and applications engineers who will give you a straight answer on your own application rather than a brochure.

Live stations running on real cameras. No laptops pretending to be cameras, and no slide decks unless you ask for one.

What is running
Two stations, both live
Everything on the booth is a working camera inspecting a real part. If you want to see it on your part instead, that is the more useful conversation and we would rather have it.
High-resolution inspection
Micron-scale surface and dimensional defects on real parts.
The OV80i running multiple AI models over a single capture: surface defects, character reading and a dimensional check from one image. Bring a part and we will set it up in front of you.
Learn moreConveyor inspection at line speed
Moving parts, triggered capture, pass and fail in real time.
A live conveyor with parts passing under the camera, showing trigger timing, exposure against motion, and the verdict reaching a PLC. This is the demo that answers "will it keep up with my line".

What to bring to the booth
A part, or a photo of one
The fastest way to get a real answer. We can often build a working model on your part during the conversation, from a handful of images.
Your defect, described plainly
What you are trying to catch, how often it happens, and what it costs when it escapes. That is enough for us to tell you whether it is solvable.
Your line constraints
Parts per minute, available mounting space, and which PLC you run. Those three decide the specification more than anything else.
An honest no, if that is the answer
Some inspections are not a fit, and we would rather tell you at the booth than three months into a project.
Plan your visit
Book a meeting at Booth #237623.
Pick a slot with the Overview AI applications team. Tell us the part and the defect when you book and we will have something relevant set up before you arrive.
Not going to be in Chicago?
Describe your part and what you need to catch, and you get the optics and an honest answer on whether it is solvable, without waiting for a show.
